Although I'm Asian, there are it too many ways that I like tofu but this is one of them. It is absolutely delicious and also healthy!!! Since it's fresh and easy, it's perfect for spring.
I can barely call it recipe because it's so easy...
- Take silk tofu which is ready to eat without cooking.
- Chop spring onions into small pieces and place them on the tofu.
- Put oyster sauce into a small cup (2 spoons), add water (2 spoons) and sugar (1 spoon). Mix it and pour it over the tofu.
See, how easy that is? One portion is enough for two people. I sometimes offer it as a salad, when I invite people for dinner.
About 250 kcal.
